COVERAGE
POLICY & WARRANTY INFORMATION (U.S. ONLY) LENS REPLACEMENT
Scheyden Precision Eyewear standard sun-lenses are covered for 3 years from original date of purchase to registered owner. Should you have the unfortunate circumstance of scratching or breaking your standard sun-lenses, West Coast Trends, Inc. will replace them as per the schedule below: Standard Sun-Lenses labor to replace lenses, ultrasonically clean and tune up frame, $49.00 plus return shipping & handling. This offer is valid for up to 3 standard sun-lens replacements. Should you require additional replacements the price schedule is as follows: Standard Sun-Lenses: $ 89.00 + applicable taxes
Labor to replace lenses and tune up frames: $ 49.00

ReaderX, custom prescription and custom tinted lenses (custom color, custom tint, etc.) are not covered under this warranty. Effective: December 1, 2010
STANDARD MANUFACTURERS LIMITED FRAME WARRANTY
Scheyden Precision Eyewear frames are covered under limited warranty for 3 years from original date of purchase to registered owner. To activate warranty, original owner must register product at www.scheyden.com within 30 days of purchase. If this warranted product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our option within 3 years from original date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship, It DOES NOT cover accidents, product abuse, wear and tear, alteration, negligence and misuse; repair due to such circumstance will be performed at a reasonable charge.

Returns: All returns must be labeled with a Return Authorization number previously obtained from a Scheyden Precision Eyewear Representative. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom made lenses or any product after thirty days of purchase date.
Please package and send your sunglasses securely and use a traceable carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS (registered or insured). Scheyden Precision Eyewear is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
