1. SPONSOR

The Scheyden Eyewear Golf Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Scheyden Eyewear ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's legal business name and address: WESTCOAST TRENDS / SCHEYDEN EYEWEAR 17811 JAMESTOWN LANE HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92647

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry. Regardless of the method used, each person is limited to ONE (1) total entry for the entire Sweepstakes.

A. PURCHASE METHOD
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person who purchases Scheyden Eyewear sunglasses will be eligible to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OR VALUE OF PURCHASES. Making multiple purchases, including making purchases in multiple separate transactions, does not result in additional entries. For example, a person who makes ten (10) separate qualifying purchases will still receive only one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

B. NO-PURCHASE METHOD
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. An eligible person who does not make a purchase may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form available at: https://scheyden.com. The online entry form must be completed and submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. A person who enters through the no-purchase method may not submit another entry by making a purchase. Likewise, a person who receives an entry through a qualifying purchase may not submit an additional no-purchase entry.

5. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Sponsor will use reasonable measures to determine duplicate or multiple entries. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry received will be considered, and all subsequent entries from that person may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent the one-entry limitation through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, devices, or other methods.

6. EQUAL ODDS OF WINNING

Each eligible person has exactly one (1) valid entry and therefore the same opportunity to be selected as every other eligible entrant. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. PRIZES

Three (3) prizes will be awarded.

FIRST-PLACE PRIZE
One (1) first-place winner will receive:

• $500 GolfNow Gift Card
• One (1) Titleist Golf Bag
• One (1) ClubGlove Backpack
• One (1) Dozen Titleist Golf Balls
• One (1) Scheyden Eyewear logo hat

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500 plus the then-current retail value of the Ghost Golf Bag, Titleist golf balls, and Scheyden Eyewear hat.

SECOND-PLACE PRIZE
One (1) second-place winner will receive:

• $300 GolfNow Gift Card

ARV: $300

THIRD-PLACE PRIZE
One (1) third-place winner will receive:

• $100 GolfNow Gift Card

ARV: $100

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1700. The actual retail value of merchandise prizes may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, expiration policies, and restrictions of their respective issuers.

8. RANDOM DRAWING

Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 2, 2026, by Sponsor or an independent administrator selected by Sponsor. The order in which winners are selected will determine first-, second-, and third-place winners. The drawing will be conducted using a random selection process designed to select winners from all eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information necessary to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) calendar days after notification, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified. If necessary, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

10. TAXES

Any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

11. PRIZE CONDITIONS

All prize details are determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty, availability, performance, or quality of any third-party prize. GolfNow, Titleist and ClubGlove are prize suppliers or referenced brands only and are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Scheyden Eyewear, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, and prize suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, website failures, computer or device malfunctions, or other problems that may prevent an individual from entering the Sweepstakes.

14. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

15. PRIVACY

Information submitted by entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, communicate with entrants and potential winners, and for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise permitted by applicable law and Sponsor's privacy policy.

16. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be advertised or promoted. Any social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes is released from responsibility for the Sweepstakes.

17. SPONSORSHIP DISCLAIMER

GolfNow, Titleist, and ClubGlove are not sponsors, endorsers, or administrators of this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by Scheyden Eyewear.

18. WINNER INFORMATION

To request the names of the winners after they have been confirmed, send a written request to: Scheyden Eyewear 17811 JAMESTOWN LANE, HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92647. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
